Air raid sirens??? Where's your building? 1941?

Probably a phonetic typo by Iain, was more likely an ear raid siren as his hugs went a little ott and he ended up kissing peoples ears.
it was a protest outside one of the other buildings. But it defenitely sounded like air raid sirens... Probably a megaphone with the function. really annoying.
