It's a 54cm mate, so roughly a medium. Most likely comfortable for any one up to around 5ft10. I have to say if your interested though that since taking the picture the bar tape has been removed due to it being old and tatty lol and also i have removed the front break, because i was going to clean it up a bit and start using it properly.
