DS is hard. That's why it is so satisfying. It's old skool compared with many modern 'cinema' games. Pyromancer is a good starting character. Its also really immersive and feels proper adventurous. Well worth a few hours

I thought I had it all sussed out, a few good character builds and I could get through the game quickly without dying too much. Then I decided to go for a level 1 play through and it's like when I got demons souls for the first time, most stuff can kill me in 1 hit. It's also pretty much impossible to summon help for bosses too as everyone else is a higher level.

Definitely worth doing if you've played through a few times and need a challenge.
