Does the thread title need to be changed?
"Will from HubJub may be God, but David's not half bad, either." :)

Just trips off the tongue.

Best of luck, David with the site.
I'll be returning as a customer, as I'm sure, will be many others on here.

Will you still be stocking LeVeL hubs?
/does anywhere have them still? -
• #131
Not right now but will hopefully add that to catalogue in due course. Can you remember which make he used to sell?
Think they did Dia Compe then moved into Cobra?

/does anywhere have them still?I expect to import a few early in the new year. Hubjub has always been close to Scott at LeVeL and I am in discussions to re-establish and expand upon this partnership.

Thanks. Dia Compe we can do right away if thats the route we take, Cobra might need a little delving into the previous arrangements.

Hi David, I was wondering if it is possible to buy single Dura Ace lockrings because it states a minimum order of 10 is required
-
• #135
I'll dive into the system and sort it out now. Probably not many places have these at the mo!

Tried to order some bits from the 'post-Will' Hub Jub yesterday, but the online ordering system didn't like the look of my Credit Card.
Spoke to a fine young Welshman today, and all was sorted in a Jiffy.
The traditional Hub Jub high standard of customer service is alive and well.

Long story short. I placed an order of two rims, fully payed 12/4 and supposed to be shipped to Sweden. After about 2-3weeks and no sign of my rims, I sent an email and got an reply from a person named Drew, that my package was still in the postal depo in the UK. And he would have and update for me. 5 days later got an reply that my package was sent back to them, and that he wanted me to verify my adress. I sent him my adress again. 3/5 Sent an email that i still havn't received my rims. No reply, tried calling but no answer. Dont know what to make of all this...

Now somewhat regret posting the above, as my goods have still yet to arrive.
I know Wales is a bit 'third world', but surely they have Post Offices?

I dont know what to do guys? Maybe one of you guys can help me out
I placed a order with HubJub on the 1st June 2013, I emailed them a few questions etc and about getting a special hub size for me, they replied fairly quick. After they took my payment, they now dont reply to my emails (I emailed them on the 10th June 2013 + 15th June 2013 about my order status and to see if the Hub had arrived) no replies at all. Luckly I paid through PayPal so I means I can dispute the payment which I might so soon, do you think I should hold out a bit longer? -
• #146
yeah, hold out a bit longer, try contacting through other ways too, it seems they don't always reply to emails asap, twitter: @Hubjub_Cyclery , lfgss: http://www.lfgss.com/member37128.html , also, if your hubs are particularly exotic then they might take a bit longer to get in. But try those routes too, they're a reputable company, just look through this thread if you need more confirmations of that :)
