Although nothing I can say will help you feel better: I would suggest that you go give Moses & Maia a big cuddle. They still need you & will both be waiting when you return from hospital.

I would also like to add that you can't feel any worse than you do today, and if you feel at rock bottom the only way to go is up. Go into hospital and I am sure they will help you through this too. Nothing the hospital can do to you can make you feel any worse, so go with the flow and get better.
