Saw the aftermath of this - road cordoned off and still 'stuff' going on at the scene at 9:40. Could see the car stilll there and some young children crying and being comforted.
I spoke to some of the workers in the bakers over the road and they said it was a ped (as tgotb saw). Can't say I saw a bike but didn't really want to look that closely.
I hope the ped wasn't too badly hurt and that the spinal board was a precaution rather than a neccessity. Heal up soon.
