I like the way he organises the team, and the way he's giving youth a chance.
I've said it before, I don't care what position we finish this year, or next year. I don't really care on a game by game basis if we lose or win, as long as we are playing well (obviously it's nice when we do win).
What I care about is that we are in a position to return to the top in 5,10,15 years, through good youth players coming through, positive, creative, attacking play, and off the pitch a self-sustaining financial setup, such as a new stadium, better sponsorship, marketing, etc.
And I think Rodgers is the sort of manager who can bring that sort of long term success. I certainly don't see the point of changing again, for at least another 2 years. We've got very little to lose, but a lot to gain.
