an old work collegue has just informed me someone we knew at work got hit in stepney by a lorry and has past away, this has really hit home! and is really not helping my confidence after being hit twice now.

i also see the darwin's deli guys riding between the city and canary wharf.

i did not know the guy but yes hits home a bit harder knowing our paths will have crossed.
