Awesome bike! Bump...

Lovely frame set, would look rather odd on the road though. Crack, you say? Ahh, I get it, seat post has a crack somewhere low down.

Bloody norah. And we haven't even started on the Kleins yet.
Where do you stash them all... -

Sadly I don't think he's got a NOS 58cm Quantum.

I have as it happens. A 1992, never even had a wheel in the frame. Special order paint too. Been hanging on a wall for 20 years as art.

58?

actually 57.5. They never made a 58, next size up was a 59

Ah, what is the top tube on the 57.5?
-

57.5 of course!

1cm too short...

Great for getting in some snowy winter miles or fit some mudguards for those damp early season reliability rides - both Aussie specialities and why this bike fits the bill so well.
Bike Technologies Cyclone.
(not made any more, but similar to the BT Stealth

Probably the ultimate sprinters bike.
Certainly one of the good things to have come out of Aus!
This is a well used but well loved frame that has seen a lot of action and won a lot of prizes.
It hasn't been used for a few years and has been languishing under the bed. There are a few little marks in the paint and the downtube stickers have been removed to please a sponsor.
The frame is 55 cms c to c top tube and 60 from the centre of the BB to the top of the seatpost.
The fork is not drilled obviously but I do have a suitable full carbon fork for road use if you want it, and will negotiate!
I would like £900 and will deliver it to the UK for that
It is just a frame forks and headset, but it has a cracked USE carbon seatpost fitted to stop the seatpost pins from falling out. The seat post is usable as the crack is low down.
I will listen to offers, but first with the money gets it!
