I'm actually looking to have a bit of a jam with my metal pals, put some kind of progressive doomy thing together - cult of luna meets pink floyd meets aphex twin ambient moments - and for that I need humbuckers.
Anyone here flogging a cheapie Les Paul or have any recommendations for similar stuff? (Not even going to bother asking about the one above, I need an Epiphone or something which doesn't mind being battered about in a rehearsal room.)
