I think what nobody understands is why all your anger/disappointment/bitterness is directed at Charlie and not at Parcel Force. You say you won't buy from Charlie again yet, seemingly, you have no desire to deny custom from the business that really let you down.
Charlie fulfilled his duty to dispatch your bars in a timely manner and from then on it was out of his hands.
I've never bought from Charlie (oh, maybe a headset cap thing) but this would not put me off doing so. It'd put me off selling to you via here incase you had a hissy fit over something outwith my control though.
