Sandwich... Probably bacon, but chilli sausage baguette is quite common. Dave made a griddled banana, with chill, and strawberry jam croissant recently... That was lovely.
Yes, my own titanium salsa Fargo got knocked over. Almost £200 of damage to mech, hanger, and bar tape. I stayed cool enough. People don't understand that bikes can be that fragile, or cost that much.
And yes, Michelle AKA mrs bikemonger does all the office work. I have to do the real work of cycling around France, organising SSUK, standing in fields and beer tents.
