thanks guys, apologies for being a NOOB :/
just noticed that someone asked about how much a Fuji track should cost - it was a 2007 in decent condition, one chip on the top tube, but straight, no dents or dings and mechanically sound. It had a new bottom bracket, a better saddle, a shimano front brake with gold finger lever and some fresh tyres. I paid £190 which I felt was fair - hope that helps
