Charlie not answering or getting back to me....poor after sales. ....
Like I said not Charlie's issue, he's done his bit, but some after sales help or just a phone call back would have been nice.

Going to get in contact with the bank and get my money back, luckily I paid by card and will be covered.
I do not recommend ordering stuff from Charlie, terrible after sales service and ignorant too boot.

Update: ctbm got in touch via email, offered apologies and said he will try to get express charges refunded. I feel I need to leave this post here until that happens, then karma will be restored....I think that's fair enough
Seems like a fair response from Charlie. But as for karma, well, if every act done, no matter how insignificant, will eventually return to the doer with equal impact, I wouldn't like to be in your shoes, assuming this is how you normally behave.
