The gel and padding is not longer present so either re cover it as unpadded
and be a cool fixie hipster or get your local upholstery place to do the job for you.

First set fo forks is chrome Raleigh proprietary thread of 26 TPI for 26" wheels.
20,5 cm steering with 10 cm of it threaded for raleigh type headsets.
Second set is from a pug for 700c wheels with a steering of 17,5 cm and
