• Hi guys,

I'm after a nice frameset. I'd love something lugged and steel, curvy, with maybe a drop of chrome on the forks or rear triangle (I'm a sucker for shiny). A lo-pro would be great.

Budget is £120-180, cosmetic condition can be far from perfect (as long as it's not rusty/dented/not straight)

Would be an upgrade to my current racing bike and to make the transplant as smooth and easy as possible there are a few things I'd prefer:

    • English/BSA threadings (I'd make an exception for a particularly hot Italian, Dutch or Swiss stallion)
    • Road (rear Derailleur hanger, cable guides, downtube shifter braze-ons etc)
    • 130 rear OLN
    • Medium Brake drop
    • 57/58cm effective seat tube and top tube
    • Easy seat post size (26.8 or 27.2 for example)
    • 700c or 650c fork (none of that mental 24" business)

Let's see what you've all got!

    Thanks

PS: If you have a non-lo-pro frame for sale that's particularly nice, pre-90's steel, with chrome forks/rear triangle and all of the above I may be interested in that too... Basically I just wanna upgrade my frame
