I found teleportation and stealth to be the best things. Send in a couple of mantis dudes to break their weapons, although, I start with the missiles from the centre right,leave the beam guy on the far right alone, then kill off all the other dudes in the main bit from the med bay, after you've disabled it. You can then knock out the shields and blow it to fuck. Same again when the drones come out at the next fight, save stealth for when there is a power surge detected, beam in and knock out the missiles and drone room ASAP then shields. Last fight is easy, straight in for missiles and shields, the rooms will self repair now though as the last guy is dead so an AI takes over.
