Can't comment on these specific ones, but the tendency for all tools to be made from stainless steel is a pet hate of mine. Apart from the not rusting thing, stainless steel alloys are often not the best for tools. It's almost impossible to buy really good scissors new because 'no rust' is easier to sell than more subtle properties that only become apparent with long use.
