Interesting to see this, they were cheapest for a Cinelli Ant stem I was thinking of getting, but a quick Google showed a few bad experiences.
They don't seem to be a scam but their customer service is rotten.
Annoyingly if they allowed pick up I could get to their alleged location in minutes.
