Can anyone help with this, please?
It is an internal clamp for a seat post in a Look KG bike. The screw through the collar has not been stripped, but when it's undone the internal clamp does not retract, so no post can be inserted.
The clamp is in two halves. One side has retracted a little. The other not at all.
