I don't have my Mercian anymore though, my only bike with mudgards now is a very modest budget Dawes 80s tourer I just bought for super cheap as a winter beater/commuter... or my Brompton!
If, as mentioned above the mudgard rule is not likely to be enforced, my road bike would be the best canditate for this...
