Might aswell throw this to the wolves. The frame is an 1985'ish Rossin Record Pista, Columbus SL, 57,5cm. When I got this it was repainted in celeste, which was obviously shit and wrong. So i stripped the paint, only to realize that the painter had done a good job and destroyed the half-chromed surface to stick the paint to it.
After some interesting events I managed to get it re-chromed and am now debating with myself about the paintjob. The original idea was to maintain the fork, mother tube braze-ons and the rear triangle chromed, get the rest painted with something nice and fitting. But the original plan was also to equip it with Gipiemme's Special Pista groupset. Things changed, I could not find a correct rear hub for the set, so new plans.
Atm the bike is equipped with Campagnolo-stuff. A mate i-dare-you'd me so had to anodize the cranks and the seatpost, of which the latter didnt really like it. Will bring back to shiny when i cba. Wheels Mack/H+Son/DT Comp. ITM Citta'di'Bassano+3TTT Moscow.
