When you screw your sprocket onto the hub thread you'll probably find you've lost your chainline. You need to measure how much you need to pull the sprocket over by and then space the axle accordingly. On your record hubs you have that rather pretty turned silver spacer on the drive side between the cones and lock nuts. you'll need to swap this out for something shorter and then put the balance on the non-drive side between cone and lock nut.
(The easiest way to do this is to take the existing spacer off and hacksaw off the amount required for good chainline, and put the bit you've chopped off on the other side, but on Record hubs that's really not an option!!)
When you fit the wheels you'll find they're not running down the centre of the seat and chain stays, so you'll need to re-dish the wheel to pull it back in.
They look like rather pretty wheels - are you sure you want to do this?
