Wanted: Lightweight small single speed (52cm / 53cm) wanted

My shopping list of requirements seems to be proving difficult to find - looking to spend under £300 for a complete bike (or willing to go do build myself route, but would need a good, cheap frameset!)
- 52cm or** 53 cm** frame (I think 53cm TT is the biggest I can go)
- **Lightweight
  **
- Single speed
- with breaks (front & rear)
I'm checking the usual places (here, bike radar, ebay, gumtree), but if anything springs to mind please share!

Currently with Miche Excite wheels (I've got hundreds of wheels though) and gatorskins

Looks a piece of sh*t- but that's the point really. very nippy
