I think it's a common problem with the Track 2000 cranks. The spider hit the stays on my Bob Jackson just like that.
My Bob Jackson is exactly the same with Miche crankset (144BCD).
Perhaps the fault lie in the fact the frame are not fluted and really idea for 144BCD? (I realised this is an odd problem for a track frame).
A 130BCD cranks might be a solution.
