I got an Aeropress for my birthday yesterday and picked up some Cap Colombia beans from Monmouth to try out in it. Fuck me, it's a beautiful thing.
Using it inverted with 18g grounds and 180g water, 50s bloom and 30s plunge.
That shit tastes good.
Any top tips for a newbie?
