go for a track frame or something with horizontal dropouts, or you would need something like a white industries eno rear hub

go for a track frame
This.
There are tons around nowadays, and they're no longer expensive. Why faff about trying to bodge something?
Hi,
I am planning to acquire a frame for a good price but it has vertical dropouts and I am not sure whether this problem can be solved if I want to make it fixie (not ss).
It am not an expert at all so if it is very complicated for the building process and also it is less safety, I prefer to go for another frame as I haven´t bought it yet.
I leave you a couple of pictures and thank sin advance for your help.
Should I or shouldn´t I go for a vertical dropouts' frame?
