Anyone who uses the word 'funky' outside of a Parliament gig should be jailed for life.

Hullo. I was looking for funky trendy outgoing girls and I got this place. Something to do with bikes or summat? I guess it'll have to do.
But yeah. Greets from rainy Hertfordshire :)

New here. although I've already managed a successful classifieds purchase.
Ride a Charge Scourer geared and charge Plus single speed, want to try fixed but I'm old and my knees would probably prefer brakes.
In Reading, and wishing it was bit enough for it's own thread...
Might try an alley cat in Oxford next time one is on if I can. -

Welcome all,
I’m a newbie myself. Be warned, you may find this forum very addictive!
Greetings from copenhagen

I’m planning on riding Aarhus - Copenhagen 2013, if they repeat the event that is. I have emailed the organizers, but I haven’t heard anything back. Please message me if you hear anything your end. Also, if and when applicable, please post any relevant links/information in the Rides & Races forum, as I’m sure at least a handful of forum members might be interested. It would be awesome if we could organize a LFGSS team and/or join up with FG riders in Denmark to show the derailleurs how it’s done.

Hi from The City (of London).
I have recently acquired a couple of vintage frames: a 1955 Claud Butler and a 1948 Hobbs of Barbican as winter projects and have been taking in lots of useful info on here so thought I should say hello!

Just moved to London and got myself a single speed
I'm from Vancouver and left behind my all-mountain bike and a vintage road bike but am happy to be free of my derailleur, and switch my flip/flop to fixed once I get comfortable enough.
I'll be looking for rides anywhere around the city during my free time.

Hi
Fresh London face. Grew up in the sticks riding BMX and MTB, moved where there's no hills so got a vintage roadie I've loved for the past six years, now getting old and serious so vintage is making way for something new and shiny. Trying to hold out against lycra though. -
