For Sale: Cheap turbo trainer

As above, for sale. used for 30 minutes and decided its just not for me.
comes as new in box.

Can it be used on a fixed bike?

Do i need specific tyres or wheels for this?

A 15mm track nut doesn't quite fit inside the axle clamp...

Edit: just checked and the track nut fits in one side and screws hard against the other. This is exsactly the same as on the provided QR.
