Rear OLN is 140mm (the distance between the rear dropouts?)
Top tube measured from middle of the seat tube to middle of the headtube is 51cm -

Exactly, but 140mm?? It's usually between 120-130?
Did you measure like this, between the insides of the dropouts?
And I take it that you have much longer legs than torso+arms?

rear OLN is 131-2mm
and the top tube is 51 - 51.5cm -

Cheers, do you have any pics of when it was built up?
And does it have good clearance for 28c tyres and mudguards?

Ok after going home and measuring it myself its 53cm toptube (sorry for the confusion!!!!)
And yes it does take 28c tyre and a mudguard.
But sadly i dont have any photographs....
