he lost the crowd because of his man management skills not his tactical genius, his sale of alonso burnt bridges with the fans, he messed up in his last year but the whole club was falling apart at that time he was selling players to fund hicks and gilette's us mall empire that was collapsing i'm sure it wasn't an easy time for rafa
the wrath of the fans was aimed at him and hicks/gilette equally, him for on pitch cockups them for off pitch cockups
