Mrak, If you can find them cheaper than VeloSolo's ones... Halo also do one called the Big Foot, and Surly splined cogs for freehub body's also have a wider foot. If you use cassette cogs, as Todd says, you'll rip the freehub body up.
I know that CycleSurgery had its splined ones on offer for a while (they were ordered in error/supplier sent them in error) but we only ranged up to 19t, and recently I was asked to send all of our stock back to warehouse so I presume it was then sent back to the supplier.
I have a 20t 3/32 one I'm not using, but it isn't a wide foot one and as a result, will certainly wreck your freehub body. If you're super desperate hit me up.
