James - I'm not sure that matters. It looks like Seedrs count the investment prior to the funds being received and will then confirm it once it has cleared. At least that is how I read things?
I got the following e-mail:
Dear xxx,
Your investment in Microcosm is pending, as the balance in your Seedrs account is insufficient.
You may make a deposit through the New Deposit section of the Seedrs website (if you have already made a deposit it may take a few days to clear).
Please deposit at least £xxx within the next seven days. If we receive your deposit within seven days, your investment will be confirmed automatically, and there is nothing more you need to do. If we do not receive it, your investment will be cancelled.
