National retailer has agreed to take site, but were unaware of article 4 direction which makes supermarket near impossible...
...So there's realistic scope for us to agree either a sub-lease with said retailer or lease with owners.
So Tesco or whoever it is (probably Tesco) would need planning permission for a retail unit, and given that the council have apparently been really supportive that seems unlikely to happen. Hmmmm.
