*In truth, I have bumped this old thread to remind ourselves of the forum of old, and of people like turpe, punkpixel, pj, tony daphoney, big daddy wayne amd object - where are they now? I read it all again last night, having tried to explain the Witcomb saga to someome I was with last night as we passed the old workshop.

Has anyone heard anything of Barry Witcomb in recent times? Last I heard (so it MUST be true), Barry sold the Witcomb name for a stake in the future business - which hasn't materialised. So he may have actually made very little from the deal. :-(

Someone else said recently that Barrie Witcomb was doing private commissions or working somewhere else, or am I imagining that? I can't seem to find it now.

Posts from Skully, veLLo and knowthejo on pages 6&7 of the thread you linked to, Oliver. Suggestions that he's been doing repairs for Mario Vaz, or working next to Ron Cooper at Colourtech - back in 2010 though.

Would be good to know if there's anything more definite.
