127mm....so should be easy to use 130mm wheels......i need to have a thought on this as i have put a few feelers out on some other frames.....but i like this.....thanks for your indulgence.
I'd say it predates 1992 for a couple of reasons....firstly 8 speed had arrived by 1988...ie 130mm.....and by 1992 Rossin was taken over and the make was soon in decline and this frame i would think comes from a better period in their history. However perhaps no later than 1984 as that is about the time 6 speed [127mm] was introduced.
