last night i found mutton leg was significantly cheaper than lamb shanks at the supermarket
i now have mutton, that I have studded with anchovies and garlic sitting on a bed of potatoes in the slow cooker with a few slices of lemon on top
the house smells so good, but i doubt it will be ready for another 4 or 5 hours, i am feeling so damn hungry
