I do appreciate these questions. I'm well aware that I can't consider everything, so all suggestions are welcome.
Unless of course, they involve the big pole ;-)

Once we hopefully get our house Im hiring you as interior designer of my workshop. Could be a couple of years away yet but it'll happen!!

I counted 12 socket outlets in your shed. Did I miss any? I think you've got more in that shed than I've got in a 2,000 square feet railway arch / workshop.
Looking great BTW!

I suppose you won't be using them all at once with high power items but I would certainly prefer more sockets over being restricted by where I can use certain tools or having to run extension leads.

The single sockets at either end will have the tubular heaters plugged in over the Winter. The remaining 10 will hopefully be more than adequate.
I thought about how many I would need & where, then added a couple more for luck ;-)

Skilz!
One day I hope to have a garden. Then a shed. Very impressed.

I've got a router, a circular saw, a sliding compound mitre saw and a vacuum cleaner all plugged into one multi-headed extension cord.
What's the worst that could happen?

More for houses with plastered walls than sheads, but dad always said work out how many you think you need, then double it. You always end up needing more.

It's amazing how quickly you can run out of the things.

^ Good point. It can indeed be switched off from "another" location.

?
The bikes get locked up when I lock up the building. It's just that they need rearranging a lot when I'm doing stuff at the moment.
It'll be much more convenient once my big pole is in position. ( iyojh )
If only.
