I've seen the mini bike branded as 'Fixei'. I actually have a regular 'Fixei' as my thrash around bike.

I know a distributor in London who used to stock them, but they don't seem to have them anymore - http://www.single-speed.co.uk/ - you could try getting in touch with them and asking if you're really interested.
