Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Oh you'll kick me off my bike for calling you out for doing something legally wrong? Would you also do that to a police officer?
Oh and why do you have this attitude where you think you can physically overpower everyone who disagrees with you?

Going back to this for a second. No, i wouldnt do that to a police officer. But thats just my point. Leave the calling out and reprimanding to the authorities.
