Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Oh you'll kick me off my bike for calling you out for doing something legally wrong? Would you also do that to a police officer?

In fairness, I've been known to catch people up who run red lights where pegs are crossing and slap them up the back of the head further down the road. I'm not saying it's the best thing to do, but it also doesn't make'e a troll.
