Mark, I'm a tad over 6ft, also with long arms and legs, and you can see how much seatpost/stem I'm using. I think it should fit you nicely, by the sound of it. Of course you are welcome to test-ride the bike if you are prepared to come up to Suffolk. If not, I will be in London for the weekend of the 8th December, and I can bring the bike with me.
