go to a proper online bike shop, ebay's are all chinese fakes, not that with a topcap it matters all that much, but the genuines arnt much more and have a nice weave, probably weigh less aswell.
I know you can get them for like $2 buying in bulk from china, those dodgey sellers make loads!
