I have just got hold of a lovely Brian Rourke with an as new spray job done by Rourke Cycles which I really don't want to ruin. However, the previous owner, who had the spray job done, had a sticker of his name put on the top tube which is underneath the lacquer. Is there anything I can use to remove the lacquer which won't damage the paint underneath, so I can remove his name and put mine there.
