The reason I went for Gipiemme was the vertical feature which is a bit like a gipiemme logo.
a similar feature crops up on Ofmega super competizione....
I don't know if there was a super competizione pista, but it may just be a 1/8" ring on the strada crank...
I'm pretty sure it's italian - not least as it's on a Bianchi.
Other possibilities include Galli and (although not italian) Zeus.
