I feel for you man! Had someone do the same thing to my bike when I left it locked up outside West Mid hospital! Bastards. Also annoying as no bus driver would let me on their bus and I was a long was from home, ended up having to dismantle most of the bike and tell them it was an unusual folding bike....

PM'd re. shifters and bars

ninja post! PM'd re stem....

Cheers guys. I forgot to mention they were Shimano 105 STI shifters, and reading around it seems that matters versus 5600s.

5600 STI's are 10 speed 105s, as are 5700, these have the later cable run under the tapes.
Given the skanks have taken off with ur goodies I can give you a stem & bars for postage, -

Yeah, mine are the newer 5700s so might just have to buy new.
@Mr Bump, Wow, that would be very generous... Where are you based?

It won't matter which of the shifters you use as the actuation/pull ratio is the same (only the later DA7900 differs to the 7800's) but certainly Rose bikes in Germany are selling the 5700's for Β£125+ not much postage, think they might be the cheapest new.
I'm in North Hertfordshire, I don't know what stem/bar length you want but reckon I can find something, I deffo have some bars you can have baksheesh. Postage would prolly be Β£3. It'd be a 25.4/6mm bar though. I'll see what I have. -

so now that pay day has rolled around, it looks like I'm going to buy from Rose Bikes, but just wanted to double check I'm buying the right shifters. It looks to me I had Shimano105 5700s before so going to go for this:

For this bike:

Does that seem right?

Apologies for my incessant questions...
I'm about to order the shifters for this, and thinking I might as well get handlebars/headset and stem at the same time. But just wanted to check that I'm not making any clanging mistakes with the gear I'm going to buy.
Here's what the bike came with:
Brake Levers:Shimano 105 STI
Handlebars:Genesis 6061 Shallow Drop
Stem:Genesis 6061 / 7 degree drop / 31.8mm clamp
Headset:FSA AheadsetWhat I'm thinking of buying...

Stronglight headset OβLight LX
http://www.rosebikes.co.uk/article/stronglight-headset-olight-lx/aid:554310Obviously, stem clamp and handlebars need to match (31.8mm) but any other factors I need to bear in mind?
Thanks in advance....
The stem/handlebars from my Genesis Aether 30 got nicked from outside of the Scolts Head in De Beauvoir on Saturday night. I'm raging! Turned out to be a very expensive pint.
So, looking to buy back some handle bars, a stem, and Shimano 105 Shifters (10 speed) on here.
The idea of spending Β£200+ on components just to get my bike back to where it was, is not something I can afford to do, so hoping there might be some deals on here.
Here's a photo of how my ride is currently looking!
