Bought a 28.6 to 31.8 shim for the front derailleur and a 22.2 to 25.4 shim for the front cable hanger.
This time around I'm running a clamp-on cable hanger on the stem, as opposed to the cable hanger being a threaded washer on the headset. Like this.
For the time being I'll be running the wheelset off of a Giant TCX, which I'm getting cheap enough from a friend. Hopefully I'll pick them up this weekend. I'm also getting some Avid Shorty brakes from him.
