Can't help worry about these things. Losing the bikes would piss me off, though I'd be more upset about any work being stolen/damaged/destroyed.
During the build, I would sit & think about how long it would take me to break in & what tools I would need. There's always a way in, but it's going to take more than a boot or a crowbar to do it. Obviously I'm not going to explain the way in on a public forum. Even your question made me stop & consider it again :-)
