Goes with everything else I've heard about the country to be honest.
Mate of mine taught outdoor education out there. He said the kids would all turn up dragging new Armani suitcases through the sand. The instructors would ask what the hell they were doing and the answer was invariably "It's ok, my parents will just buy me a new set".
