Or the Asus transformer. I've got the Prime and it's a lovely thing without too much bloatware. The keyboard acts as a cover, so you can throw it around a little more than an ipad.

I have heard of people using the back camera to record lectures while writing notes on the keyboard. I think there might even be an app to sync the two.
